Freeze Requests
Honest Soul Yoga memberships are not able to be frozen, only cancelled. Once you cancel your membership, you may lose the pricing option of your current membership if you are on a discounted rate.
Cancellation Requests
Membership cancellation requests will be processed 30 days after the date of submission. Fill out the form below, and our client experience team will follow up within 7 days.
Paid-in-full memberships, class packs, and Intro offers are not eligible for refund.
